| Returns |

Returns are accepted for any reason including but not limited to: incorrect colour or wrong size ordered, within the Distance Selling Regulations which state that you can return an item for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in original unused condition. Postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, proof of posting lies with the purchaser. It is therefore recommended to obtain a certificate of posting for with all items being returned. To avoid any delay it is recommended to use a recorded service such as signed for or special delivery. The procedure for faulty items is different. We will cover any postage costs incurred to return the item should this be required. All items carry a 12 month guarantee and as such we can accept returns within this period for exchange refund or replacement at our discretion. |

| Are my credit card details safe? |

Absolutely, we use Sagepay (formerley Protx) for all our transactions, so you can be sure your card details are in safe hands, Paypal and Google Checkout have their own servers security procedures. |
| How long does it take to get my stuff? |
| We use Royal Mail's World Class postal system, generally 95% arrives in the next few days after despatch, which is normally within 24 hours. On occasion there may be a delay due to any Royal Mail problems, stock shortages or at peak periods. For this reason please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding any delay. If there is a problem with any order, we will endeavour to inform you of this where we know in advance of your order being despatched. |
| Do you deliver internationally? |

We certainly do, all items sent outside of the UK are sent by International Signed For Services. |
| Why do we charge £2.95 for delivery? Wasn't it free before? |
|
We did do free postage, but recently with the economic downturn, prices have increased industry wide, so we've managed to limit the price increase on the products, but in order to do so, we must now charge for delivery. We have however invested in our distribution system and orders shoudl arrive much quicker than before. |
| I ordered 20mm spring bars but the ones I received are 23mm? |

This is because you need to measure the gap in your watch where the spring bars fit, as opposed to the old spring bar. The gap in your watch where the strap goes, is the measurement you need, you do not need to add anything to this. There are photographs in the spring bar category to show this in pictures, showing you the correct measurements for different parts. |
| What if my watch strap isn't long enough or doesn't fit? |
| No problem at all, just send it back, and we will either refund you and in some cases we may even be able to supply extra length straps to order. |
| Are your NATO Straps made in China? |
| NO. Our NATO Straps are made right here in the UK by one of the largest Military watch strap manufacturers in the country. |
| Does PolyWatch Really work? |
| It does make wild claims, but it is 100% true, it really does shine out the scratches on acrylic watch glass. |
| I need a new battery, but I can't open my watch to see what type it is, Help? |
